Delivery & Returns

All orders will arrive via Royal mail via the service selected unless your order is over £40, this will automatically be sent via royal mail 1st class tracked. You will get email confirmation once your items have been fulfilled and dispatched with tracking number If you have chosen a tracked service.

We aim to fulfil orders on the same day that the order is placed, unless placed on a Sunday or monday. Our store is open Tuesday - Saturday where we house all the items and dispatch from. 

First class delivery will arrive approximately in 1-2 working days

Second class delivery's will approximately arrive in 3-5 working days

If an issues arises and your items do not arrive due to being lost in transit, we have to allow for 15 days for the items to arrive with Royal mail. If after 15 days the item does still not arrive we will contact royal mail to find the status of the item and issue refund if needed.

If you would like to use our click and collect option, please await confirmation of fulfilment before coming to collect your order.

RETURNS

We hope you love our products but if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us to arrange your return. Returns must be received within 7 days from purchase.

Please note sale items are non returnable.

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not an error on our behalf. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued.
